Steyr SSG P-IIK. Single trigger, factory 30mm rings, 2 5-round magazines.
A scope and bipod were mounted but this rifle is unfired. There is some finish rubbing on the bottom of the accessory rail where the bipod was mounted. Also some minor finish wear on the inside of the bottom half of the rear scope ring. I have pics if you want them.
