Gray,
the picture shows 15 round ADI speed loaders.
These are esentially reusable plastic single stack stripper clips.
To use simply hold the speed loader firmly over the mouth of your magazine (its moulded to mate) and force the ammo into the mag with your free hand.
repeat and you have a loaded mag in bugger all time.
nice when you've got cold fingers.
