You didn't say how you have cleaned the glass. If you have done a good job of cleaning the glass and the glass is not scratched on the outside, then you have a problem such as fogging of the inside and the reciever would need to be sent to a repair facility.
To clean the glass, first try to clean it with air, then with gently running water if there is a lot of visible dirt on the outside, then very gently use papers or cotton swabs with water or lens cleaning fluid.
Do you mind telling where you are? Is it Italy? What caliber is it and what kind of shooting do you do with it? If you know the rules in Italy, can people use suppressors there? Thanks.
