WTK: How to sight in my Aug

I have an Aug that always shot about 4" to 4 o'clock at 50 yds. Both turrets were screwed all of the way down. When I loosened them both ( a lot), the gun shot at about 3 feet low at 25 yds. I have not touched the third turret (which is on the top left and is unmarked).I would think this gun can be sighted in better that this.
What is the correct way to sight this gun in?
I appreciate your advise in advance.
