You will be the Technical Lead/Senior Design Engineer Small Arms for a major new modification and enhancement program to one of the worlds best assault rifle systems. This multinational company is the premier provider of defence products and services world wide this opportunity will propel your career to a new level.

Over 5 + years experience in small arms development will equip you with the experience required to play a key role in the development of this weapon system.

Your experience will ensure that you are able to:

Conduct and lead the design & development functions including concept development and prototyping, testing etc
Appreciate the related considerations such as cost, durability, manufacturability
Provide creative and ingenious solutions for life cycle development of the weapon systems with vision and professionalism
Influence internal and external stakeholders
Manage significant project resources internally

A seasoned professional, you have exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, your project and engineering management skills have been honed in a defence weapon environment (ideally small arms)

Full relocation to Australia including all visas for your self and family will be provided. A very attractive expatriate salary package over $A120,000 will be negotiated to attract the best.

Degree qualified you have ideally completed a post graduate course in defence technology/engineering and have delivered significant projects on time, to budget and to or beyond client expectations.
