3-5" using Winchester factory 55grain white box

I use a 1" orange circle sticker mounted to the middle of a plain white 10" paper picnic plate. I use the average of a 5 shot group at 100 yards. I'm shooting from the prone position without a sling support. Trigger doesn't help. Pull is long and heavy (several pounds) but without creep. Let off is long too. Excellent handloads would probably help considerably, but I don't handload right now.

The 16" heavy barrel AR-15 get about 1-3" groups under the same conditions, but a match trigger has been installed; let off and reset is controlled and held to a minimum. Again handloads would probably be of good use here too as would finer match sights.
